The Objective
The main objective is to be the last man standing after a series of weekly choices.
Each week, as a Player of a Pool, you pick a team that you think will win its game. Point spreads are not considered.
If the team you picked wins, you move on the next week.
If it loses or ties, you are eliminated from the Pool.
You can only pick each team once over the course of the season.
The last remaining undefeated Player(s) will win the grand prize as described by your Pool Administrator in the virtual Money Section. To win, you need to survive longer than the others, but not necessarily until the end of the season. If all the last remaining Players are eliminated in the same week, those Players will share the grand prize equally.

Eligible Games
Every scheduled game will be available to be chosen. Monday games are considered to be part of the preceding week. In other words, a Pool week is from Tuesday to Monday.
If you pick a game that is postponed, preempted or cancelled for any reason, and if that game is not resumed or replayed by Monday at 11:59PM (EST), you will automatically advance to the next week.

Submitting Picks
Weekly picks must be submitted directly through the Member Zone section of this web site under your Pool-Group login. You may login to your Pool on the upper right corner of any web page of this site. Every pick is password protected to ensure its security.

Weekly Deadlines
Picks for the upcoming week can be submitted starting Tuesday 10:30AM EST. Picks can be made/modified up to one (1) hour before a game, at which time your pick is deemed to be official.
Anyone who does not submit a pick by the deadline will receive the default pick as explained in the next section.

Default Picks
Every week, you are given a default Pick to start. The default pick is the team who is the least favorite of the week as determined by different point spreads. Although not considered, you will see each teams point spread when picking. If there is a tie for the largest point spread favorite, the default Pick will be chosen by a special algorythm made for this purpose. We will give you your worst Pick by default.
Considering your Pick history and the fact that you cannot choose a team twice, if the default Pick was already chosen you will receive the next Pick, and so on. Again, a tie between point spreads here will be resolved for you by our application. Note that the default Pick may and will differ from Player to Player because of previous pick history.

Stats
Because Players may change their Picks at any time during the week, a table of every Pick of the week will be posted on the Stats page in the Member section of this web site, in real time. Previous Picks (Pick History) for everyone will always be available at the same location.

The Money
The Grand Prize will increase continuously as more Players join your Pool. Go to The Money section of your Pool for up-to-date grand prize listing. This section is administered by your Pool Administrator and has nothing to do with which is the game provider and not the money holder. You may always send your Pool Administrator (Owner) a message by using the form included in the Member Zone. For us, this is a game. All prizes are considered virtual.

How to Register/Enter
You must be registered in a Pool to play. You may play in your own Pool or in someone elses Pool. All new Pools must be submitted online via the designated Register Now area.
The price of a Pool is described in the PRICES section. The price to play in a Pool depends on the Pool Administrator (Owner). A Pool Administrator can also decide to give away free tickets (ie : For every 5 tickets purchased you receive one free ticket). It's the beauty of owning a Pool.
Payment to own a Pool is made by PayPal. If your Administrator charges to play, it is no concern to . We build this site for entertainment only. We provide a game, we do not collect money for the different Pools.
Registration begins during the pre-season and lasts until the end of week 7 of the regular season. A Pool will always have a minimum of 10 weeks.
You may own more than one Pool. There is virtually no limit on the amount of Players that can join a Pool.
If you wish, you may have two weeks to evaluate your Pool. If you wish to keep it you must pay for it or it will be cancelled. If you don't wish to keep it, don't pay. The Pool will be cancelled, no questions asked. We are confident you will like the product.

Security
For security reasons, Each player will require a different Username and Password. DON'T REVEAL YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE. You may chose to change your password when you wish by clicking the [Change Password] link on the main page of the Member Zone once logged in. If you forget your password, your Administrator may give it back to you or you may use the Forgotten Password link, providing you have given a valid email address.

Winner Notification
Winners will be noted on the first page of the Member Zone. An e-mail may be sent to the winning Players. assumes no responsibility for incorrect e-mail addresses, bounced-back e-mail messages, hardware or technical failure of any kind or for lost, late or misdirected e-mail.
Contest entries will be supervised by whose decisions on winner selection and all other matters relating to this contest are final. does not emit any prizes. Winners may receive prizes as decided by the Administrator of your Pool in The Money section.

General Conditions
The odds of winning your Pools grand prize will vary depending on the number of Players that participate in the Pool and will change as the game progresses.
No refunds will be given after the two (2) week trial time.
All decisions of are final.

Players consent to and affiliates the use of their names, email and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. We respect your privacy. We will not sell your private information. This is just not the kind of site we are and we know they exist.
